Firm representation ranges from advising health care entities and practitioners on the legal aspects of day-to-day operations to the unique challenges presented in designing the integrated relationships needed in today’s rapidly changing health care professions. Firm services include litigation, employment law, employee benefits, contract and lease analysis, advising clients on Medicare fraud and abuse and Stark issues, licensing, taxation, finance, labor, regulatory, and sales and purchases of professional practices. The firm serves as counsel to several central Illinois non-profit hospitals and health systems and currently serves as statewide legislative counsel to institutional and professional organizations serving health care entities and practitioners.
