Andrew T. Jarmer concentrates his practice in commercial law, contracts, family law, intellectual property, municipal law, real property, torts, and workers compensation. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern Illinois University’s School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Andrew served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southern Illinois University Law Journal’s Summer Survey issue, as well as Associate Justice of the Southern Illinois University School of Law’s Moot Court Board.

A Springfield, Illinois native, Andrew joined Sorling Northrup as a summer associate in 2020 and has been working as an Associate Attorney since being admitted to practice within Illinois in November 2022. Andrew graduated from Springfield High School before graduating magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Springfield (“UIS”) with a B.A. in Public Policy in 2019. While attending UIS, Andrew served as Team Captain and competed for the UIS Mock Trial Team. Andrew is a member of the Illinois State and Sangamon County Bar Associations.
