Mr. Bochenek began the practice of law in 1977.
His practice emphasizes business and tax planning, real estate,
trade association, and labor law. Mr. Bochenek represents many
private corporations, and acts as outside general counsel for a
large statewide association of real estate brokers and salespersons,
as well as several smaller associations, several state public employee
pension systems, and a municipal mass transit district.
Mr. Bochenek is a member of the Illinois State Bar
Association, Real Estate Law Section Council, and served as its
Chairman in 1992 and 1993. He has authored many articles and lectured
on many topics involving real estate and the real estate brokerage
industry, and has been selected as a leading Illinois attorney
in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law. In
addition, he is a member of the National Association of Public
Pension Attorneys and the legal section of the American Society
of Association Executives.
